Easy To Install Hardwire Alarm

The SMI105-AC Interconnect Hardwire Smoke Alarm with 10-Year Battery Backup has superior features. The smoke detector includes a hardwire quick connect plug to help streamline the installation and replacement process. There is no need to rewire. Use the test/silence button to make sure the alarm is functioning correctly and know when it is time to replace the detector by the end-of-life warning.




Backup Battery Provides Continuous Protection

In the event of a power outage, the hardwire smoke alarm is equipped with a 10-year battery backup for continued protection. The 10-year backup battery means no battery replacements are necessary for the life of the detector - eliminating low battery chirps and the hassle of replacing the batteries. Help stop unwanted removal of the alarm using the optional locking feature.




Hardwire Early Warning Interconnect

Install as a single smoke detector or interconnect multiple alarms together to create an alarm system throughout your whole home. All hardwire interconnected detectors will sound when one in the series is initiated to help provide an early warning and time to safely escape. Integrate with up to 12 other First Alert or BRK alarms and 6 other compatible devices. Reference user's manual for compatible alarms. The latching detector indicator will visually distinguish the unit that initiated the alarm if the system sounds.
