Black Jack Silver Seal 700 Premium Fibered Aluminum Coating, 3.6 QT. Highly reflective & cool aluminum finish; reduces interior temperatures & energy costs; great for BUR, metal, modified membranes; aids in the prevention of corrosion for metal surfaces. Exterior use only. All surfaces must have proper drainage & be clean, dry & free of surface rust and other foreign matter. Not recommended for wood or asphalt shingles. Temps must be above 50 F and rising. Coverage rate for built-up & metal roofing 1 to 1 1/2 gal per 100 sq ft, brush or roller. Spread in both vertical & horizontal directions, overlapping ends of strokes; avoid excessive buildup or puddling.
