Tell’s Spring Hinges are Grade 1, UL Listed for fire door applications. Our spring hinges include an adjusting spring tension tool with locking pins to hold the spring’s tension after it is set. Adjustable tension spring hinges allow you to determine how much closing force you can apply to the door.
